PARTICIPANTS

The conference had a total of one hundred forty seven (147) delegates, and which included the conference organizers, secretariat, facilitators and documentors. The participants represented various sectors, namely the micro-finance, banking, NGOs (foreign-based, national and local), people’s organizations, seafarers, overseas Filipinos who are either  migrant settlers or temporary workers , academicians and other concerned individuals.   (See Annex 3 for the Directory of Participants)

For the purpose of the caucuses, the participants were divided into five (5) groups namely the micro-finance/banking, NGOs, POs, Overseas Filipinos and Seafarers.   Facilitators and documentors were assigned for each workshop grouping.
